We accept payments through Credit/Debit Cards, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Bank Transfer, Cash on Delivery. All payments are processed securely. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

Taxes, duties, and shipping charges (if any) are calculated at checkout and are your responsibility.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to all over Pakistan. Estimated delivery times are 2–7 business days based on customers location. These are estimates only — actual delivery may vary due to carrier issues, weather, public holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier (for prepaid orders) or upon payment (for Cash on Delivery).

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We offer returns/exchanges within 7 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in original packaging with all tags attached. [Specify exceptions: e.g., No returns on sale items, personalized/custom products, hygiene items, etc.]

To initiate a return, contact us with your order number. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs for returns are your responsibility.
