1. Introduction
At KYRLO, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which you may return a product and receive a refund or exchange.
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Return Window
You may return eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order (delivery date). For some categories, the return window may be extended — If the product is in the Warranty.
The item must be returned in its original condition, with all tags, labels, packaging, and accessories intact.
3. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only if:
- The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect (wrong item/size/color sent by us)
- The product does not match the description or images shown on the website
- The product is in it's warranty period.
We reserve the right to inspect all returned items. Returns may be rejected if the product shows signs of use, wear, washing, alteration, or damage caused by the customer.
4. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective:
- Sale / Discounted / Clearance items
- Personalized, customized, or made-to-order products
- Gift cards or vouchers
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- If approved, refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Refund Timeline:
- Prepaid orders (Card, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Bank Transfer): Refund to source (5–10 days)
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refund via bank transfer or JazzCash/EasyPaisa (7–12 days)
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item).
6. Exchange Policy
We offer size/color exchanges (subject to stock availability) within the return window. If the exchanged item is of higher value, you will pay the difference. If lower, the difference will be refunded.
7. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us via email or WhatsApp within the return window with:
- Your Order Number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the item (especially if damaged/defective)
- Wait for our approval and return instructions.
- Ship the item back to our warehouse using a trackable courier.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake.
8. Important Notes
- All returns are subject to quality inspection by our team.
- If a return is rejected, we will notify you and may return the item to you (you pay shipping).
- We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
- Refunds may be delayed during peak periods (Eid, sales events).
