Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or after 7:00 PM PKT may be processed the next business day.

We make every effort to dispatch orders quickly. However, during peak periods (Eid, sales events, new arrivals), processing may take up to 4–5 business days.

2. Shipping & Delivery Areas

We currently ship to all major cities and towns across Pakistan (including remote areas via partner couriers). Delivery is available via trusted local couriers: TCS, Leopard, Postex, Trax or others depending on your location and order size.

International shipping is currently not available.

3. Delivery Time Estimates

Estimated delivery times after dispatch (not including processing time):

  • Major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, etc.): 2–4 business days
  • Other cities & towns: 4–6 business days
  • Remote / rural areas: 5-7 business days

These are estimates only. Actual delivery time may vary due to weather, public holidays, courier delays, address issues, or force majeure events. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, destination, and selected payment method.

All shipping charges are non-refundable even if the order is returned (except in cases of our error — see Returns Policy).

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS. You can track your package directly on the courier's website.

Please note: Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.s

6. Important Notes & Disclaimers

  • Address accuracy — Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We are not responsible for wrong, incomplete, or old addresses. Redelivery (if possible) may incur extra charges.
  • Signature / Verification — Some couriers may require recipient signature or CNIC verification for high-value/COD orders.
  • Risk of loss — Title and risk of loss pass to you upon handover to the courier (for prepaid orders) or upon successful delivery (for COD).
  • Customs / Duties — For any international orders (if applicable), you are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.
  • Failed deliveries — If delivery fails due to customer unavailability / incorrect info after 2–3 attempts, the package may be returned to us. Return shipping cost + restocking fee may apply before re-shipment.
